Back in business!

So, it's been awhile. As most of you know, I've "crossed into the blue", and I'm now at tech school in Texas. I thought that I would have a lot more time than I actually have to catch up with family and friends. So I thought maybe I should start blogging again so that my family and friends can see what I'm doing. we'll see how this goes.

Part one, basic training, done. Most of you know all about that. If you don't the only way that I can think to describe it anymore is very hot and sweaty. lots of  yelling, and a whole lot of questioning my decision to join. But, long story short, I made it, and I couldn't be more proud to be apart of the armed services. I'm now in part two, tech school. My class hasn't started yet, so I'm basically hanging out, working at a desk all day answering phones, running messages, and retrieving airmen all day until my class starts, which is hopefully soon. Since I've been here, I've met a lot of really awesome people ( which I'll get into a little more in my next post) and have been able to get involved in the rope program. I'm a white rope, so I volunteer at Crossroads, the student center, every week. I was also introduced by another white rope, to my church, southland baptist. I could not be more thankful for them. Texas isn't so bad. I love the people, and the weather is just like home, so I take that for what it's worth and remind myself that it could be a lot worse.

I miss and love all of you. thank you so much for all of your support and love over the past several months. I couldn't have made it this far without you.

If there is something in specific you want to know about, let me know!
